Korma Style Curry Chicken

Pollo al Curry Estilo Korma

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs (or drumsticks).

  • 400ml coconut milk.

  • 1 large onion.

  • 1 piece fresh ginger.

  • 3 cloves garlic.

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric.

  • 1 teaspoon cumin.

  • Fresh chopped cilantro.

  • Lemon slices for serving.

 

Preparation:

  1. Sear the chicken in a deep pot. Remove.

  2. Sauté the onion with ginger and garlic. Add the spices.

  3. Return the chicken to the pot and cover with coconut milk.

  4. Cook over low heat until the sauce thickens. Garnish with cilantro and lemon.
