Ingredients

4 chicken thighs (or drumsticks).

400ml coconut milk.

1 large onion.

1 piece fresh ginger.

3 cloves garlic.

1 teaspoon turmeric.

1 teaspoon cumin.

Fresh chopped cilantro.

Lemon slices for serving.
Preparation:

Sear the chicken in a deep pot. Remove.
-
Sauté the onion with ginger and garlic. Add the spices.
-
Return the chicken to the pot and cover with coconut milk.

Cook over low heat until the sauce thickens. Garnish with cilantro and lemon.
