400g spaghetti.

500g ground meat (beef and pork mix).

1 chopped onion.

2 carrots, diced.

1 chopped celery stalk.

800g crushed tomatoes.

1 glass red wine.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Extra virgin olive oil.

Fresh basil leaves.

Grated Parmesan cheese.
Preparation:
- Sauté the finely chopped onion, carrot, and celery.
- Add the meat and brown until golden. Pour in the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
- Stir in the tomatoes and cook over low heat for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over al dente pasta with a generous amount of cheese and a basil leaf.
