Ingredients

400g penne pasta.

2 sliced garlic cloves.

500ml tomato sauce or passata.

100ml cooking cream.

A pinch of dried chili (optional).

Cherry tomatoes for garnish.

Fresh basil.

Salt and pepper.
Preparation:

Sauté the garlic and chili in olive oil until golden.
-
Add the tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
-
Pour in the cream and mix until you get a vibrant orange color.
-
Add the cooked pasta to the pan to coat it well and garnish with basil and a cherry tomato.
